TCL 8 Series Review

family travel

TCL is known for producing high-quality televisions at a reasonable price, and the company has a number of different lines that offer a range of features from 720p to 4K. You should know, however, that the TCL 8 series is not created equal.

Tcl 65q825 reviews

The TCL65q825 is an entertainment-oriented midrange television. The TCL 65q825 features HDR, a wide color range, and anti-glare. It is an excellent choice for families who enjoy watching movies or shows together.

The 65q825, unlike other TCL models, has HDMI 2.1 inputs that can be used to play video games. This is especially important if you are running an Xbox, PlayStation or other 4K TV.

Its contrast ratio and brightness level are also great for high-end gaming, as is its low latency. This will allow you to enjoy a gaming session that is smoother and more responsive than older TCL TVs.

AiPQ engine

TCL’s AiPQ Engine is based on an advanced image-processing engine, which uses upscaling and noise reduction as well as motion interpolation. This ensures that your content is as close as possible to the original without compromising quality or color accuracy.

AiPQ isn't perfect, and it can lead to artifacts in some content (especially if you're using the BFI setting), but it's still an impressive feature that can make movies look more cinematic than ever before.

It's a big step forward for TCL, and it could help the company to reclaim some of its lost ground in the competitive TV market. TCL has made a huge improvement in its previous generation of LED/LCD FALD TV models. It will help it compete against other brands that use similar technology for higher-end products, such as LG.

QLED panel

The TCL 8 series has a QLED display that's rated for high brightness and contrast levels. It uses a full-array local dimming system to boost color saturation and contrast. It has a peak brightness of just under 1,200 nits, making it brighter than my LG CX OLED, and it's more resistant to reflections thanks to its semi-gloss finish.

QLED is an excellent choice for consumers who want a big screen with vibrant colors and deep blacks, but for the majority of people it isn't a viable alternative to OLED. If you want a high quality OLED, then it's best to go with LG or Samsung. Both offer superior image quality at slightly higher prices.

Micro LED tv

TCL's micro-led tv offers a beautiful picture at a reasonable price. It has a 4K-ready micro-LED display, and it comes with the latest smart features. It also has a voice-supported remote that works with Roku and Netflix.
